Hosken’s House comprises a four-storey office building with two basement levels of parking. The ground floor comprises mostly a parking level with additional undercover street-front parking as well as a reception area with limited office space and a staff restaurant. Should further expansion be required by the Office of the Premier, we hereby confirm that the building has existing infrastructure in place to allow for future expansion.
A lift foyer provides access to the stairs and lifts linking the ground floor to the upper levels of the building. A separate lift shaft links the reception area to the two basement parking levels. Additional staircases in each corner of the building provides emergency exits.
