Originally the centre of East London’s textile industry, Waverley Office Park has been redeveloped into a premium office precinct.

Location/Position

The property is situated within the Buffalo City Metro jurisdiction in the suburb of Chiselhurst, East London. The site is centrally situated with easy access to/from the East London CBD, Vincent Park business node and greater Buffalo City suburbs.

In terms of public transport, there is the Chiselhurst Railway Station opposite the complex. There is access to all main routes from Amalinda via Stoney Drift (M4) from N2 Western Avenue (M1), from N2 R102 via Cambridge and from Union Avenue (M1).
